Our lodge is in an orchard surrounded by water and nature that will ensure guest privacy, security and well-being. Apart from employment, we're also supporting local villagers and Armenia with our Adopt-a-Village charity programme and the Origins Project.

Areni Lodge Complex Plan
Areni Lodge has been designed to be
environmentally-friendly, with features such as:

our own carbon credit scheme that beautifies the environment, helps to stop erosion of a semi-arid landscape and supports local jobs by planting fruting trees;

solar water heaters and photovoltaic panels;

geothermal temperature control and thermal building insulation;

bio-sewage and other eco-waste management systems;
-
research and development for a new type of vertical axis wind turbine; and
-
rain water and mountain spring water use (filtered without power and shared with the community).
We offer services such as tours, and local tourist information about special places, including the adjacent Areni Open Air Cultural Museum.
